To strengthen our team in Antwerp, we're looking for new recruiter/talent acquisition officer to join our team.

What do we expect from you as a 180° recruiter/TAO at Gentis?

Linked to the internal recruitment team you will be:

Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to the signing of the employment contract
Ensuring a successful candidate experience
Being the privileged point of contact for various managers
Managing and reporting on your activity and ensuring compliance with the procedures and tools used within the group
Developing a talent pool to anticipate future needs
Participating in recruitment events: forums, job fairs, school activities, meet-ups, cooptation challenges, events with our partners...
Conducting research on new recruitment methods and tools and participating in continuous improvement project
Participating in HR projects and/or projects related to our employer brand.

And you, in all of this?

You have ideally at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, in a consulting firm.
You enjoy working in a team (with your operational contacts, salespeople and the recruitment team).
You are fluent in Dutch and English
