About the job
The HR Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring compliance with USA labor laws, and driving the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and systems to align with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and training to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job descriptions, job postings, and candidate selection.
- Lead performance evaluation processes and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage core HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and benefits administration.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws in the USA.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to leadership.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to mitigate potential risks.
Policy and Process Development:
- Create and implement HR policies organization-wide.
- Monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve employee issues and maintain a positive work environment.
HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data protection compliance in managing employee information.
ERP and Analytics:
- Leverage Oracle HR modules and tools to automate HR operations.
- Generate insights from HR analytics to optimize processes and guide leadership decisions.
Special Projects:
- Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives, such as engagement programs, diversity efforts, and compliance with legal mandates.
- Support strategic HR projects, including Saudization and other regional priorities.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- Manage offboarding procedures to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring adherence to safety policies and practices.
- Participate in incident and accident investigations, when required.
Key Internal and External Contacts:
- Collaborate with HR and department managers, APC & Group HR staff internally.
- Maintain relationships with external service providers, regulatory authorities, and legal entities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5-7 years of HR experience, including payroll management and previous leadership roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of USA labor laws and HR functions such as talent acquisition, total rewards, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR ERP systems (e.g., Oracle/SAP) is preferred.
- Strategic planning and analysis experience, ideally in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required; certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are strongly preferred.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using HR software and generating reports.
