L'un de mes clients dans le secteur bancaire à Bruxelles recherche un profil de Service Delivery Manager pour rejoindre son équipe.
Il recherche une personne capable de :
- Gérer les accords de niveau de service (SLA)
- Participer aux audits de conformité et s'assurer que tout le monde suit les directives.
- Travailler avec plusieurs équipes pour définir la portée du projet, les livrables...
- Identifier les risques et mettre en place les mesures correctives
- Collaborer avec plusieurs départements
Si vous avez :
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience
- Expérience dans l'environnement ITIL
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets en end-to-end.
- Bonne capacité de communication pour traiter avec de multiples parties prenantes
- Expérience avec MS Office
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, du français et/ou du néerlandais
- La certification ITIL est un plus
